1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 위치 등 어떤 개인정보도 개발자가 수집하지 않습니다. 이메일로 문의하신 경우에만, 답장을 위해 보내 주신 이메일 주소와 내용을 받은 메일함에 보관합니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 앱이 이용자 기기 안에만 저장하며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 그림·레벨별 색칠 진행 상황과 칠한 순서 (이어서 칠하기, 색칠 과정 재생에 사용)
- 나의 컬러북: 완성한 그림, 칠한 기록, 완성 날짜
- 아이템 개수, 오늘의 선물 받은 날짜, 앱 실행 횟수 등 앱 설정
- 내 사진으로 만든 그림: 고른 사진을 자른 이미지, 썸네일, 레벨별 도안, 정한 이름
3. 사진 (내 사진으로 색칠하기)
- 사진은 이용자가 ‘내 사진으로 색칠하기’를 누르고 직접 고른 한 장만 앱으로 들어옵니다. 앱은 사진 보관함 전체를 읽지 않습니다.
- 고른 사진은 기기 안에서 정사각형으로 잘리고 Lv.1~5 도안으로 바뀝니다. 사진과 도안은 서버나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으며 광고에도 쓰이지 않습니다.
- 앱에서 그 그림을 지우면 사진 사본과 도안, 칠하던 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다. (나의 컬러북에 담긴 완성작은 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남습니다)
- 앱은 카메라와 마이크를 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 사진 앨범 저장과 공유
- 이용자가 [영상 저장] 또는 [이미지 저장]을 누를 때만, 색칠 과정 영상과 완성 그림을 사진 앨범에 추가합니다. 이를 위해 사진 ‘추가’ 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- [공유하기]를 누르면 기기의 공유 화면이 열리며, 보낼 곳은 이용자가 직접 정합니다.
5. 광고 — Google AdMob
톡톡컬러북은 무료 앱 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다.
- 광고 종류: 앱을 켤 때 나오는 광고, 화면 아래 배너, 아이템을 받을 때 가끔 나오는 짧은 광고(건너뛸 수 있음), 이용자가 직접 골라서 보는 보상형 광고
- Google이 처리할 수 있는 정보: 광고 식별자(이용자가 허용한 경우 iOS IDFA, Android 광고 ID), IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적인 위치, 기기·운영체제 정보, 광고 노출·클릭 정보, 오류·성능 정보
- 맞춤형 광고와 추적 허용(iOS): 앱을 처음 켤 때 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있으며, 이 경우 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 표시됩니다. 나중에 ‘설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적’에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 유럽 경제 지역·영국 이용자: 광고 전에 동의 화면(Google UMP)이 표시되며, 앱 홈 화면 메뉴의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 언제든 동의를 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Android: ‘설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고’에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 광고는 전 연령에 적합한 등급(PG) 이하로만 요청합니다.
- 색칠 기록, 내 사진, 도안은 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다.

6. 랭킹 — Apple 게임센터 / Google Play 게임즈
- 랭킹 화면을 열 때 이용자 기기의 게임센터(iOS) 또는 Play 게임즈(Android) 계정으로 연결합니다. 로그인하지 않으면 랭킹에 참여하지 않으며, 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 랭킹에 올라가는 정보는 레벨별로 완성한 그림 수와 그 수를 달성한 시각뿐입니다. 내 사진으로 칠한 그림은 올라가지 않습니다.
- 순위표에 보이는 닉네임과 프로필 사진은 이용자의 게임센터·Play 게임즈 계정 정보이며, Apple과 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 관리됩니다. 개발자는 이 계정 정보를 따로 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
7. 제3자 제공
광고(Google AdMob)와 랭킹(Apple 게임센터, Google Play 게임즈) 기능 제공 외에는 어떤 정보도 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

9. 어린이 보호
톡톡컬러북은 전 연령이 즐길 수 있는 앱이지만 만 13세 미만 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 어린이의 정보가 의도치 않게 전달되었다고 판단되면 문의 주시면 바로 조치하겠습니다.
10. 정보 보관과 삭제
- 기기에 저장된 모든 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 랭킹 기록은 Apple·Google 계정에 저장됩니다. 삭제를 원하시면 luminwis@gmail.com 으로 알려 주시면 도와드립니다.
11. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 추적 허용·광고 동의를 바꾸고, 랭킹에서 로그아웃하고, 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

Summary
- TokTok Colorbook has no accounts or sign-up. The developer does not collect personal data or send it to any developer server (there is none).
- Coloring progress, completed pictures (My Colorbook), items, and pictures made from your photos are stored only on your device.
- Photos used in “Color my photo” are turned into coloring pages on your device and are never uploaded.
- The app shows Google AdMob ads, and Google may process some device information to deliver them.
- Rankings use your Apple Game Center / Google Play Games account, only if you sign in.
None. The developer does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, or any other personal data. If you email us, we keep your address and message in our inbox only to reply.
The following is stored on your device and is not sent to the developer. It is deleted when you delete the app.
- Coloring progress and fill order for each picture and level (used for “continue” and replays)
- My Colorbook: completed pictures, coloring history, completion dates
- Item counts, daily gift date, launch count, and other settings
- Pictures made from your photos: the cropped image, thumbnail, coloring pages for each level, and the name you gave it
3. Photos (“Color my photo”)
- Only the single photo you pick is passed to the app. The app does not read your whole photo library.
- The photo is cropped and converted into Lv.1–5 coloring pages on your device. Photos and coloring pages are not sent to any server or third party and are not used for ads.
- Deleting the picture in the app deletes the photo copy, its coloring pages, and its progress. (Completed works in My Colorbook remain until you delete the app.)
- The app does not use the camera or microphone.
4. Saving to Photos and sharing
- Only when you tap Save Video or Save Image does the app add the coloring video or finished picture to your photo library. It may ask for “add photos” permission for this.
- Tapping Share opens the system share sheet; you choose where to send it.
5. Advertising — Google AdMob
- Ad types: an ad when the app opens, a banner at the bottom, an occasional short skippable ad when you claim an item, and rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- Information Google may process: advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA if you allow tracking, Android advertising ID), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and OS information, ad impression and click data, and error/performance data.
- Personalized ads and tracking (iOS): the app asks for tracking permission on first launch. If you decline, all features still work and you see non-personalized ads. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- EEA/UK users: a consent form (Google UMP) appears before ads, and you can change your choice anytime from “Ad privacy settings” in the home screen menu.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Ads are requested with a maximum content rating of PG.
- Your coloring history, photos, and coloring pages are not used for ads.

6. Rankings — Apple Game Center / Google Play Games
- When you open the ranking screen, the app connects to your device’s Game Center (iOS) or Play Games (Android) account. If you don’t sign in, you don’t take part in rankings, and everything else still works.
- The only data submitted is the number of pictures you completed at each level and when you reached that number. Pictures made from your photos are not counted.
- Nicknames and profile pictures on leaderboards come from your Game Center / Play Games account and are governed by Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies. The developer does not receive or store this account information.
7. Sharing with third parties
Apart from providing ads (Google AdMob) and rankings (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games), we do not share or sell any information to third parties.
8. Purchases
The app has no in-app purchases.
9. Children
TokTok Colorbook is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not collect anyone’s personal data. If you believe information from a child under 13 was shared unintentionally, contact us and we will act promptly.
10. Retention and deletion
- Everything stored on your device is deleted when you delete the app.
- Ranking records are stored in your Apple or Google account. Email luminwis@gmail.com if you would like help deleting them.
11. Your rights
You can change tracking and ad consent, sign out of rankings, or delete the app to remove all on-device data at any time. For any other privacy request, contact us below.
